Kiara, created by Dr. Ido as part of an Illuminati plot to control music culture. Dr. Ido created three android female’s designed to evaluate and manipulate. Kiara’s duty was to manipulate the underground electronic music scene, a culture that Ido’ research data was vague on, and his nemesis Dr. WebbwerX was strong in.

Kiara was designed to emulate a Raver, however all the data Ido had collected was on the young peaceful Candy Ravers. So Kiara was a Candy Raver from the start. When she arrived in the rave seem she quickly discovered that as a Candy Raver she had very little

While her tow sisters were enormously successful in their cultures, Kiara found herself pushed back with the adolescent Ravers she was created to emulate. However this, didn’t bother her as she found her self becoming more and more involved and at home with the culture.

After a while with little or no success, Kiara became invisible at home with Ido and her sisters. So she simply left to go make her own life as a Raver and a real girl.
