Jeff, is a young man with a obsession with computers and programming and video games, and hanging out talking about video games, programming and computers… Jeff is a modern young man. While attending M.I.T. he surfed the internet for ways to move ahead in artificial intelligence. He found the white papers of WebbwerX labs hidden on an obscure ftp server. These documents, though it is unclear how they got on the server, were the papers traded between such great designers as Dr. Larson, of

Koga Koalition[sic], Dr. Ido, and Dr. WebbwerX himself.
After nearly dropping out of school as he studied the documents like a bible he began to formulate his own work and made contact with Dr. WebbwerX via email. The two began to trade knowledge and for nearly a year Jeff studied via anonymous email under Dr. WebbwerX. After Dr. WebbwerX became “evil” Dr. WebbwerX, was arrested, then disappeared, Jeff went on a quest to find him.
Following the music Jeff arrived with his partner Sun just in time to save Dr. WebbwerX from Dr. Ido and help him steal a submarine.
Since then, Jeff has confided to Dr. WebbwerX that his “girl friend” is a robot girl, much like Dr. Ido’s Robogirls. What has been said beyond that between the two is a mystery. For now he helps command and pilot the submarine along with is robot girlfriend Sun.
