“ The Evil Dr. WebbwerX.” is a international fugitive on the run after he allegedly stole secret government technologies from the his labs and destroyed the government funding research facilities. This is the story the world knows about Dr. WebbwerX.

The story from Dr. WebbwerX view is that he, a supposed child of the mythical isle of Mu, was framed by the Illuminati, a supposed group who’s goals seem to

be to control man kinds development and a favorite plot device of conspiracy addicts, fiction writers, and B movie producers. No one in the real world believes him and the story of his war, and secret societies, with access to super advance technologies, such as space craft, weather control satellites, alien artifacts, and android legions.

So while on the run Dr. WebbwerX has made it his mission to stop the illuminati with out actually proving any of it is real. To do this he employee as small band of friends that he has collected over the years, that also believe they have been dragged in to this mysterious war of conspiracy that will never be proven to the real world.

The small “military” he has banded together is called ‘WebbwerX” mostly because the Doctors Ego is almost as big as his story. And they fight the Illuminati by making sure that things that are free stay free, and things that are underground stay underground, and a level of resistance to control during growth and popularity of a subculture is maintained. This way the illuminati has a harder time gaining power over new cultures and the people of these cultures.

WebbwerX most noticeable work, world wide is his constant support of the underground electronic scene. Around the world in this sub culture WebbwerX is a legend. He is the hero of the Rave culture, constantly resisting all forms of main stream control. But to the rest of the world he is “The Evil Dr. WebbwerX” a mad scientist, who is psychotically leading the youth of this culture in a war against an enemy he made up in his overly creative head. Oh, and he stole a submarine.
